Welcome to the wonderful
world of travel. This accredited Course has been designed by travel
and tourism professionals to teach you the skills required to succeed
in this exciting and challenging industry.
When you complete this
Course you will have a set of skills in continuous demand from all
sections of the industry.
Our Certificate II
Program is designed to reflect the role of entry-level employees
in the tourism industry. To increase your chances of employment,
we have also included the subjects of domestic fares and ticketing
that are not usually offered in a Certificate II Course.
Knowledge of domestic
fares and ticketing is a minimum requirement for employment within
many travel companies. With this additional knowledge and these
skills in hand you will have an obvious advantage over other job
applicants.
An important aspect
of the Course is its broad-based training in many aspects of the
industry together with specific training in the operational work
of a travel consultant.
You are provided with
general and specific information on the structure of the industry
and its many sectors, enabling you to understand the role you will
play and where your career can lead.
You'll discover
that the paths leading to the many areas within the industry are
almost limitless.
Tutorials
The Course includes
a Tourism Pack Tour CD, and a 40% Discount Membership forms to Travel
Trade and Travel Week.
