Norfolk Island Writers' & Readers' Festival Scholarship Awards

3 Scholarships were awarded at the Norfolk Island Writers & Readers Festival (19 - 26 July 2003).

The scholarships were presented by Dr. Colleen McCullough, with an article in the local newspaper.
